We're currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who leads with confidence, sets high service standards, and thrives in a dynamic, people-first environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead daily floor operations with presence, professionalism, and strong guest intuition
- Supporting the GM in operational tasks
- Uphold high service standards and lead by example during service—supporting with expo, food running, table maintenance, and guest recovery




- Foster a respectful, hospitality-first team culture through mentorship and accountability
- Balance floor management with strong time and admin organization—jumping in where needed without losing sight of the big picture
- Approve discounts and promos as needed and ensure all policies and procedures are followed
- Handle guest concerns with care, confidence, and professionalism
- Proactively address safety and sanitation issues, with an eye on both team and guest well-being

WHAT YOU BRING

- Leadership experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
- A calm, confident leadership style rooted in problem-solving and hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Italian food and wine (and a desire to keep learning more) is a plus
- Ability to lead and inspire large service teams while holding high standards
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
