As a product-driven organization operating at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and e-commerce, TuxMat is focused on building best-in-class products and an exceptional customer experience.
TuxMat is a founder-led company at an exciting stage of growth. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and COO, lead our marketing team, and have a meaningful influence on how the TuxMat brand and business continue to grow.
Reporting to the COO, the Director of Marketing will lead TuxMat’s marketing function and be accountable for how our brand, creative, advertising, e-commerce, social, and broader marketing efforts come together.

We value leaders who simplify, prioritize, make decisions, and help talented people move quickly. the next, reviewing campaign performance, resolving competing priorities, or helping the team make a decision and move forward.
The way you operate matters as much as your marketing experience.
Lead the overall marketing function and translate company priorities into a clear marketing strategy and execution plan.
Create alignment across advertising, creative, social media, e-commerce, content, brand, and other marketing activities.
Ensure campaigns and initiatives move from idea to execution with speed, quality, and accountability.
Partner closely with the CEO, COO, Product, and other teams to connect marketing priorities to broader business objectives.
Use customer, market, and performance data to make informed decisions and continually improve marketing effectiveness.
Maintain a strong understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce economics, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and return on marketing investment.
Build and coach a high-performing team, setting clear expectations and addressing performance or capability gaps when necessary.
Evaluate where AI, technology, automation, and new ways of working can make the marketing organization faster and more effective.
Manage marketing resources and budgets with a strong commercial mindset.
You are a marketing leader who has successfully led teams in a fast-moving, consumer-focused business.
8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including meaningful people leadership experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience leading multiple marketing disciplines rather than a single specialty.
Strong experience in a consumer, e-commerce, retail, automotive, or product-led setting.
A strong understanding of digital and performance marketing and how marketing connects to commercial results.
Experience developing people, setting expectations, and building accountability within a team.
The ability to work effectively with senior leaders while bringing your own point of view and constructively challenging ideas when appropriate.
Curiosity about AI and emerging technology and a practical understanding of how they are changing modern marketing organizations.
