We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with 2–5 years of construction, equipment rental, or industrial sales experience. In this role, you will develop new business opportunities, manage customer accounts, and actively promote company products and services within the Tri-City and surrounding markets. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the full sales cycle from lead generation to customer retention.

Prospect and develop new rental and sales opportunities within the construction and contractor markets
Conduct regular job site visits and meetings with contractors, project managers, and purchasing decision-makers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship building
Prepare and present rental quotations, proposals, and solutions to customers
Negotiate pricing on equipment rentals and contractor supplies
Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams to coordinate deliveries, pickups, and customer expectations
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and opportunities




Track and log lost rentals to identify sales opportunities and market trends
Support implementation, continuous improvement, and daily use of Texada Rental Software and CRM tools
Provide visibility into the sales process through accurate reporting and documentation
Profile new and existing customers while ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction
2–5 years of construction, equipment rental, or industrial sales experience in the tri-city area is preferred

- Robust relationship-building and customer service skills
