OPTICIAN/OPTOMETRIC ASSISTANT Visual Sense Eye Care – Kitchener ON (visual-sense.We are actively looking for an Optician/Optometric Assistant to join our Visual Sense Eye Care team on a full-time basis five days per week to accommodate our rapidly growing practice. The anticipated start date for this position is immediately.

Provide exceptional patient-centered care and a positive customer experience.
Assist with selection of frames to suit the aesthetic, performance and visual needs of our patients, including describing the features and benefits of products in a way that customers will understand.
Cross-train to assist in other duties such as auto refraction and visual fields testing when needed.

Excellent computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office
Must be available during our weekly office hours.

A minimum of one year of experience in the optical field or recently graduated from an Optician program is required
