We’ll help you discover your strengths and development areas in a challenging, fun, and supportive work environment. Projects are scoped in alignment with your term length, and typically focus on a current construction project.

We are seeking a student to join us for a 8, 12, or 16 month co-op position starting in January 2027.

What You Will Be Working

On### Project Coordination

Coordinate drawings and work specific scope/trades.

Review trade quotes, verify material quantities, hours, and rates.

Participate in project meetings.

Update field drawings and produce as-built drawings.Field Coordination:

Perform quantity takeoffs.

Verify site conditions and coordinate with drawings.

Layout site lines and grades using total station. Scheduling:

Update project schedules.

What We Are Looking For You are currently enrolled in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or Construction program* You will complete at least one more semester of education following your internship and possess a GPA of 3.0 or higher* Ability to lead and operate within an setting where change happens frequently* Ability to forge,



grow and maintain positive relationships* Exemplify the Ideal Team Player - Hungry, Humble, Smart* Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills* Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals* Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude* Residency, or a valid work permit which would allow you to work for Bird Construction or one of our wholly owned subsidiaries* If you are selected for a role with client specific requirements, you may be required to successfully complete a pre-employment Medical and/or Alcohol & Drug testing.
