This position requires robust expertise in CPT and ICD coding, clinical documentation, and revenue integrity. Top‑rated retirement plan and healthcare benefits Full‑time position, 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly) Day shift, Monday–Friday Location: Remote Eligible - On-site training in La Crosse, WI for first day orientation Deliver ICD‑10, CPT, charge capture, and documentation education to providers and clinical leaders to ensure compliance with payer regulations. Conduct documentation and coding quality reviews, analyze performance trends, and provide feedback to support accurate and optimized reimbursement.

Serve as a subject‑matter expert in CPT, HCPCS, ICD‑10, and payer policies, partnering with Revenue Cycle, CDI, and Compliance teams. Respond to consultation requests by analyzing documentation, coding, billing, and denials trends and providing recommendations.



Communicate complex information clearly through written reports, presentations, and provider education sessions.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field ~3–4 years of experience in healthcare coding, billing, insurance follow‑up, or reimbursement ~ Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) ~ Certified Coding Specialist – Physician Based (CCS‑P) ~ Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) ~ Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) ~ Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) ~ Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin.
