What's the Role?

You will be at the heart of our Marketing magic and Sales support with our clients, helping close sales and opportunities. This role is a perfect blend of creativity and organization—helping us boost Mr Swirl's online presence.

What You'll Do:

Marketing Fun:

- Develop and execute digital engagement strategies
- Create and launch exciting marketing campaigns across Google, social media, emails, events, and more!
- Execute captivating content and keep our presence fresh and engaging, including social media and website updates.
- Dive into market trends and keep an eye on the competition to fuel our strategies.
- Plan and coordinate fun promotional events to spread the word about Mr Swirl!
- Measure and maintain accurate records of customer engagement and conversions

Office Duties:

- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Be the friendly voice on the phone and respond to online inquiries like a pro.
- Organize and coordinate appointments and projects.
- Point of contact for customer resolutions
- Drive job closure and success rate

What You Bring:

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.




- Proven track record achieving sales goals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient customer service skills.
- A solid understanding of SEO and web development.
- Proficiency in marketing software (think CRM and social media tools).
- Skills in software like Divi Elegant, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and WordPress.
- An ability to juggle tasks and prioritize in our quick-paced world.
- A knack for working independently while also taking direction.
- Top-notch organizational skills and an eye for detail!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
