We take pride in helping homeowners and businesses rebuild after disasters and are looking for a Multimedia Marketing Specialist to share our impact through compelling content, social media engagement, and digital storytelling.
This is a hands-on, creative role perfect for someone passionate about photography, videography, social media, and marketing analytics . You will be responsible for capturing and creating engaging content , managing our social media presence , and supporting our marketing initiatives at events to enhance brand awareness.
Note: This position requires flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to cover community events, sponsorships, and company initiatives.
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos showcasing restoration projects, community involvement, and company culture
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
Develop and execute a social media strategy to boost engagement and brand visibility
Attend and document community events, sponsorships, and industry networking events
Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (social media insights, website traffic,



and campaign effectiveness)
Collaborate with the leadership team to align content with business goals and customer needs
Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing
Assist in email marketing campaigns and website content updates
1-3+ years of experience in photography, videography, social media management, or digital marketing

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, etc.) or similar editing software
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics)
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual content creation skills
- Understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours , including some evenings and weekends for events
- Valid driver's license (as some content capture may require travel to job sites and events)
