About Bureau
Bureau is a founder-led global company built around a easy belief: better spaces make better work.
Today, we make soundproof office booths that help people focus, meet and think. At Bureau, our people are what make us different
We’re first and foremost a sales-driven organization, powered by technology and design, with a big ambition: to shape how people do their best work. Through our best-in-class modular workspaces and booths, we’re helping businesses create better places to work — with products that ship around the world.
We operate from our main hubs across Australia, Canada (Vancouver and Toronto), the US (New York and Dallas), and UK/Europe and are supported by talented teams across the Philippines, Argentina, Mexico, Colorado and growing. We’re continuing to expand, with recent hubs planned in Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Bureau runs on the drive, care, and character of its people. We care deeply about our work, each other, and the impact we create—but we also believe work should be fun. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, and there’s plenty of personality, humour, and good energy along the way.
We’re building a company where great people can grow quickly, have a voice, do meaningful work, and have fun while doing it. We care. We show up with honesty, respect and real support.
The Account Executive owns SMB and Mid-Market opportunities at Bureau from first conversation through close. This is a hands-on, high-energy sales role for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, and turning prospects into customers.
You’ll be responsible for a mix of inbound and outbound sales, with a strong focus on pipeline creation, prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution selling, negotiation, and closing. You’ll work across marketing, SDR/BDR, product, operations, and leadership to create a excellent customer experience and move opportunities forward.
You’ll be expected to own your number, own your pipeline, and own your outcomes.
Technology and AI are also a meaningful part of how we sell at Bureau. You’ll be expected to use our sales technology effectively, keep CRM data clean and actionable, and continuously look for ways to use AI and automation to improve prospecting, research, personalization, productivity, and sales execution.
