Door-to-Door Marketing Representative
Student-Based | Performance-Based Compensation
We are a student-run painting and staining company seeking Door-to-Door Marketing Representatives to support residential lead generation through in-person outreach. This role is designed for students who are comfortable working in a field-based setting and who are motivated by performance, skill development, and accountability.
The position requires consistent effort, professionalism, and the ability to apply coaching in real time. Representatives who succeed in this role are typically reliable, self-directed, and open to improving their communication and outreach approach over time.
Representatives will be responsible for conducting structured marketing outreach within assigned residential neighbourhoods. Traveling to assigned marketing routes using personal transportation
Communicating the company's painting and staining services accurately
Representing the company's brand and values consistently in the field
Tracking daily activity and performance metrics
Applying coaching, feedback, and training to improve results over time
Maintaining punctuality, attendance, and consistency across scheduled workdays
This position operates under a performance-based compensation model.
The quality and accuracy of leads generated




Compensation reflects individual performance rather than hours worked.
Training & Development
All representatives receive structured onboarding and ongoing coaching designed to support success in the role. Training focuses on:
Field communication and outreach techniques
Performance tracking and continuous improvement
Coaching is direct and practical, with the expectation that representatives apply feedback to their day-to-day work.
To perform effectively in this role, applicants must meet the following requirements and demonstrate qualities that support success:
Have reliable access to a vehicle for transportation to assigned marketing routes
Be comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Be open to receiving feedback and applying coaching to improve performance
Show personal accountability for results and daily effort
No prior sales or marketing experience is required. This is a field-based role that involves independent work within assigned residential areas. Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
