Inovata Foods Corp. is looking for a full-time Millwright to partner with us as we bring families and friends together through offering wholesome and convenient meals. The role is located in our Tillsonburg, Ontario facility. Inovata Foods Corp. is a major producer of wholesome control brand frozen meals for many of North America's largest retailers.

Compensation: $48.50 /per hour (includes shift premium)

Responsible for troubleshooting, installing, testing and repairing mechanical components and equipment for multi-line production.

- Optimize equipment safety and efficiency by participating in continuous improvement projects and completing work orders according to PM schedules.
- Work within all company safety policies and applicable health and safety legislation.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical codes specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.
- Install, examine, replace or repair mechanical components background with experience in TIG welding, electrical,



boilers and refrigeration compressors.
- Follow all company food safety programs including GMP's to produce the highest quality product for our customers.
- Alternate to the Maintenance Millwright is the Maintenance Supervisor a contracted certified millwright.

Shift:

- Full medical, dental and disability insurance package available after 6 months.
- Vacation accrued at 4%.
- A valid millwright license required, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Must be proficient in welding and use of all mechanical hand tools and power tools.
- Experience within food & beverage, pharmaceutical or consumer packaged goods industry preferable.
- Basic computer skills and mathematical proficiency.
- Job has daily exposure to a food processing setting which includes dampness and cold. Flexible shifts are a must and overtime is required.
