Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at 317 Donald Street. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial and commercial cleaning, demonstrating reliability and a robust work ethic. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional setting while developing your cleaning skills.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, and other commercial areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to meet health and safety standards
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly




- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety during cleaning tasks

Experience

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to schedules
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and walking throughout the facility

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
