Lead commercial product innovation for Franke Home Solutions across North America, applying engineering expertise and 3D CAD to regulated environments.

This manager owns the commercial product roadmap and development process from customer insight through lifecycle management. The role guides concepts, designs, prototypes, certifications, launches, and ongoing product decisions. You will serve as technical authority while coordinating engineers, specifiers, contractors, channel partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities: Translate customer insights and market data into product roadmaps

Lead concepts, prototypes, certifications, launches, and lifecycle management

Integrate codes, standards, and regulations throughout development

Develop drawings, models, technical plans,



and manufacturable prototypes

Lead cross-functional decisions using data and transparent recommendations

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

At least five years developing manufactured products through launch

At least two years leading people or cross-functional teams

Proficiency with 3D CAD, engineering drawings, and GD&T;

Working knowledge of Canadian and United States certifications and codes

Bring product strategy, engineering leadership, and regulatory knowledge to Franke's commercial portfolio across North America.
