As a Senior Commercial Strategy Manager, you will lead high-impact strategic initiatives that accelerate business growth, strengthen partnerships, and improve operational efficiency. Develop, test, and incubate new business ideas, products, and commercial opportunities from initial concept through implementation.

Lead strategic planning activities, including goal setting, business planning, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and executive or board-level preparation. Conduct ad hoc analyses and manage complex projects to support critical business decisions and long-term growth objectives.

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior commercial and business development leaders,



providing insights and recommendations that inform organizational direction. 5–7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, business operations, corporate strategy, or a comparable strategic role. Strong financial and analytical modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, practical insights and executive-level recommendations.

Commercial acumen: Understanding of business growth strategies, go-to-market planning, competitive analysis, and the development of new business opportunities. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift, alongside a willingness to learn, experiment, and continuously improve.
