Job Responsibility:

Moveo Sport & Rehabilitation Centre in Walnut Grove, Langley, is looking for a part time administration personnel/receptionists to round out our team filling one of the most important roles within the clinic! We are a multi-disciplinary clinic with a team treatment environment including physiotherapists, chiropractors, registered massage therapists, athletic therapists, acupuncturists and naturopaths. The selected candidate must be comfortable in a fast paced environment, and comfortable learning the different billing strategies of each discipline.

Paid training would start immediately. The shifts we are looking to fill specifically are , THURSDAY (2:30pm- 8:30 pm) AND FRIDAY evenings weekly (12:30pm-7:30pm) There are lots of opportunities for shift coverage for our other receptionists. Other shifts may become available over the next few months. Please do NOT apply if you cannot do both of these specific shifts listed - THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.

We use JANE software for our online booking and billing,



and we provide direct billing to insurance companies for our patient's convenience. Experience with JANE and/or in a medical or rehabilitation setting is an asset. Ease and comfort using computers and technology is a must. Ability to multi-task in a busy setting while being friendly is paramount. JANE experience is a big asset to being successful in this application.
