Application Support Analyst work in Montreal supporting production health, incident management, and multiple applications within an APS Functions portfolio. This 12-month contract requires more than five years of support experience. You will provide Level 1 and 2 support, manage changes and requests, and assist application users. Banking or financial-sector experience, core banking or data warehousing knowledge, and DevOps knowledge are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor production activities and perform remediation when required

Receive, record, understand, and resolve application issues

Route unknown incidents to Level 3 development support

Manage production changes for NAR applications

Report priorities, escalations, and corrective actions

Requirements:

More than five years of support role experience

Solid Oracle and Microsoft SQL database skills

Unix or Linux hands-on experience and daily commands

Shell or PowerShell scripting experience

Autosys, SYSLOAD, GENEOS, or SharePoint knowledge

Support production applications in Montreal through incident management, database expertise, monitoring, scripting, and controlled changes.
