Job Responsibility:
Award winning Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio embraces the harmony of Peruvian and Japanese cultures while incorporating the bounty of riches the West Coast has to offer. Our restaurant has two locations, one located at the edge of False Creek with stunning views of the marina and Granville Island, and the second at Ambleside Beach with beautiful ocean views.
Ancora, Ambleside is looking for Dishwasher/ Prep Cook to round out our BOH Team. Experience is an asset but not necessary.
In this position, you will:
Ensure consistent food preparation and presentation
Have a passion for food and the hospitality industry
Govern safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
Dishwashing duties as required
Applicants must have Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, CIS or a valid work permit.
