Taking direction from the CEO and board of directors, your tactical skills are second-to-none.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management, leading diverse teams in a multi-unit setting

An undergraduate diploma or degree in Business Administration or related educational background (an asset)

Previous experience overseeing and managing P&L;

Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Able to develop and execute on action items linked to strategic planning initiatives

Familiarity with HR best practices related to team development and performance management
