Location: Toronto (Hybrid), 1 day a week in-office

Salary: $100,000-$150,000 + eligible for an annual bonus

Ecopia Tech is an industry-leading AI company specializing in extracting insights from geospatial big data. Ecopia converts this flood of pixels into high-definition (HD) vector maps, leveraging AI to empower a wide range of decision-makers. We are looking for talented, self-starting engineers to join our platform team as frontend engineers. Work with the platform team to develop and improve recent and existing features in our mobile and web apps.

Work with the platform team to design and implement a massive real-time data visualization engine based on WebGL, Unity3D and other technologies;

Bachelor of Science or above in Computer Science or related fields.

- 1+ years of industry-relevant work experience.




- Deep understanding of TypeScript and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including AngularJS, ReactJS and NodeJS.
- Experience in building web services microservice architecture.
- Experience in REST API design and implementation.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and various data-storage systems (Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Postgres, MySQL, Redis).
- Ability to work on multi-faceted, cross-functional projects.
