You willlead and mentor a team of sales professionals.





Lead andmotivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets.

Manage andoptimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a high conversion rate.

Providetraining and development to the sales team, ensuring they are highly efficientand organized.

Monitorand report on team performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve goals.

A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with atleast 2 years in a leadership role (Phone sales experience preferred).

Experiencewith video platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

Schedule: Weekdays:11:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Potential Compensation: CAD 150K
