Enterprise Account Executive

This is a senior individual contributor and net-recent hunter role focused on selling enterprise software into Tier 1 and mid-market mining organizations. We are looking for someone who combines strong sales ability with genuine mining domain credibility and understands the nuances of selling both at mine sites and into corporate headquarters.

Identify, develop and close net-new enterprise opportunities across the mining sector

Build relationships with technical, operational and executive stakeholders

Manage consultative sales cycles typically ranging from 3 to 9 months

Develop initial software deployments into broader enterprise relationships through a land-and-expand approach

Build territory and account plans while maintaining strong pipeline and forecasting discipline

Partner with technical presales, product and customer success teams throughout the sales process

Represent the company at industry events, conferences and customer sites

8+ years of B2B sales/business development experience

4+ years within MiningTech,



mining software or a closely related technology sector

Proven success winning net-new enterprise business

Experience selling SaaS, software or sophisticated technology solutions into mining organizations

Strong understanding of how buying decisions are made at both mine-site and corporate levels

Consultative, influential salesperson who can navigate multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles

Experience with geology, exploration, modelling, resource estimation or mine-planning technology is highly desirable

The company is experiencing significant growth across the Americas and offers an established technology platform, strong technical support and considerable opportunity for further expansion.

The position offers approximately $250K OTE with a 50/50 base-variable structure, quarterly and annual accelerators, and uncapped earning potential. Longer term, continued growth could also create opportunities to move into sales leadership.
