Serve as the architectural lead for complex initiatives, influencing technical direction and delivery outcomes
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
5+ years of experience leading technical architecture discussions with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture, including cloud governance, security, resiliency, and operational excellence
Solid architectural decision-making skills, including evaluating risk, cost, security, scalability, and implementation trade-offs.
Ability to influence and collaborate with business leaders, product teams, engineering teams, and external partners to define solution strategies and implementation plans.
Experience with architecture governance, solution reviews, architecture decision records (ADRs), vendor assessments, and build-versus-buy evaluations.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery and DevSecOps practices.
Experience mentoring technical teams and championing architectural best practices.
Experience within regulated industries such as Financial Services, Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Government is considered an asset.
Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
