Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist
We are looking for experienced professionals interested in developing their skills in digital marketing, client engagement, personal development and leadership education.

You will also participate in ongoing personal and professional development designed to strengthen your communication, marketing and leadership capabilities.

Develop and implement online marketing strategies to generate qualified enquiries.

Use digital platforms and social channels to promote personal development and leadership education programs.

Communicate with prospective customers by phone, email and online platforms.

Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospective customers.

Follow a proven marketing system and established digital processes.

Participate in ongoing personal and leadership development.





Work autonomously within a remote office environment.

You have 8+ years of skilled experience in any field.

You have strong communication and relationship-building skills.

You are comfortable using social media, digital platforms and online systems.

You have an interest in personal growth and leadership development.

You are willing to develop skills in digital marketing and client engagement.

Previous experience in marketing, sales, coaching, recruitment, education or consultancy environments is beneficial but not essential.

You will have access to structured personal and leadership development programs, marketing education, established digital systems and ongoing support from experienced industry professionals within the organisation.
The focus is on developing practical skills in digital marketing, communication, client engagement, leadership and personal development.

This is a remote position offering flexibility in how you organise your working schedule.
