About Us: Lost ‘n Found Yoga is a vibrant, community-focused yoga and Pilates studio offering a range of classes in a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere. We are an authentic and welcoming community that provides professional, high-quality yoga and Pilates. We support individuals of all ages and abilities to reach their lifestyle goals, whether they are beginners who can't touch their toes or veterans who can stand on their heads. As a training facility, we continually pursue excellence through a modern, scientific lens in our teaching approach. We seek a dynamic Communications Coordinator to help us connect with our community and expand our reach.

Job Overview: The Communications Coordinator will develop and execute marketing and communication strategies that enhance our studio's brand, engage current and prospective clients, and drive membership and class participation. This role requires creativity, organization, and a passion for wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the studio's communication strategies, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Create engaging and high-quality content (graphics, videos, newsletters, blog posts) to promote classes, workshops, special events, and promotions.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to comments and inquiries.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and collaborate with the team to implement marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update the studio's website with class schedules, instructor bios,



and event details.
- Develop relationships with local businesses and media to increase studio visibility.
- Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and effectiveness.
- Assist in creating and distributing press releases and other public relations materials.
- Support in-studio signage, flyers, and promotional materials to enhance client experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum college diploma in communications, marketing or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or social media management.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and scheduling tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and website management (Squarespace, Wix, etc.).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness industries.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to develop creative and engaging social media content and write vibrant copy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
