The Building Superintendent's main responsibility will be daily cleaning of all common areas, minor maintenance in the units, unit turnovers, garbage, and recycling. There will be no office or Tribunal responsibilities. The building superintendent will be required to live on site and be part of a two-person team with responsibilities at both buildings.Handling the general custodial duties and maintenance of the property that ensures that floors, common areas, elevators and staircases are clean. Responding to maintenance requests and service calls.Performing daily inspection checks on the building systems.Maintain Fire Safety Logs and follow all the protocols as per the Fire Safety Code.Ensuring regular garbage removal and recycling pickup occurs in an efficient manner.Capable of properly caulking tubs, sinks, countertops, etc.Maintain positive and strong relations with tenants.Delivering letters and notices to residents as required.Handling turnover of apartments, ensuring they are cleaned and ready to show prospective residents.Monitoring inventory control of supplies and equipmentSnow removal to seasonal exterior ground maintenance.Performing any other duties as requestedObserve all health and safety rules and work in compliance with the provisions of the occupational Health and Safety Act and its regulationsNote:
