Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support community launches, events, and other promotional activities.If you’re a collaborative marketing leader who enjoys building strong brands, developing people, and delivering results, we’d love to hear from you.The successful candidate will be required to produce a satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Judicial Matters Check in the original format and dated within one (1) month of the conditional offer from Activa group of companies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support a small marketing team, providing coaching, direction, and day-to-day guidance.Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for new home communities, rental properties, launches, and events.Manage digital marketing activities, including websites, social media, email marketing, online advertising,



and lead generation.Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all customer-facing materials and channels.Review marketing performance and use data to improve campaign results and return on investment.Manage marketing budgets and relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners.Other duties as assignedRequirementsPost-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, including developing and executing marketing strategies and managing budgets.Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and developing team members.Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Adobe Creative Cloud, and social media platforms.Experience in residential construction, real estate, property management, or rental housing is an asset.Personal AttributesStrong communication, organization, and project management skills.Creative thinker with solid analytical skills.We support the goals of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
