Project Manager to join our Technology team

and lead the successful delivery of sophisticated construction and technology projects. You'll work alongside talented technical professionals, trusted partners, and clients while taking ownership of projects from award through closeout.

As a Project Manager, you will:

Lead projects from award through completion , managing schedules, budgets, change orders, documentation, as-built drawings, and project closeout.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward

Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Partner with the management team to evaluate project feasibility, costs, budgets, and execution strategies.

Build strong relationships with clients and project partners, bringing forward

to project challenges.

Lead and coordinate project resources, including employees, subcontractors, and other project partners.

Keep stakeholders informed through clear communication of project progress, site activities, technical requirements, risks, and priorities.

Work closely with consulting engineers to review designs and provide recommendations that support successful implementation.

Contribute your expertise to RFQs, RFPs, technical proposals,



and tender submissions in pursuit of

major transportation projects .

Monitor project performance, report on progress, and escalates critical issues when needed.

5+ years of Project Management experience

within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction practices, processes, and project delivery.

information technology, structured cabling, or building systems

is considered an asset.

Relevant post-secondary education, with a

or previous estimating experience is an asset.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with

Microsoft Office .

Microsoft Project or Primavera

PMP designation , or progress toward completing one, is considered an asset.
