Duties

- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet store targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve high levels of performance.
- Oversee daily operations, including cash handling and administrative tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.




- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to create an engaging store environment that attracts customers.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales management or retail management is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent administrative skills, including cash handling experience.
- Knowledge of market trends and retail strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
