close rate, and U.8-10+ years in B2B sales, with a first experience building or scaling U.S. sales operations

- A track record of opening a new market, or building a business from scratch
- True hunter instincts: you love the chase, live in your pipeline, and close with conviction
- A proven closer in the field: you’re comfortable walking into a venue, running a demo on the spot, and leaving with a signature
