Job descriptionArea Sales ManagerAbout the Position We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts within a designated community. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets within their assigned area.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for real estate, strong closing abilities, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Area Sales Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth and representing the company within their community.

Take full ownership of sales performance within an assigned community/showhome.

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial client engagement through to closing.
- Present and demonstrate showhomes, effectively communicating features, perks, and community value.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and developments relevant to the assigned





Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop strategies that drive traffic and sales within the community.

• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.

High School Diploma or GED required.

- Minimum of 2+ years of Commission Only Real Estate Sales Experience
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is an asset

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an asset.

Ability to stand, walk through showhomes, and remain active throughout the workday.

Job Type: Full-Time

- Schedule: Weekly sales meeting required. Regular working hours are Monday-Thursday, 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM, and Saturday-Sunday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
- Coverage: The Area Sales Manager is responsible for arranging qualified coverage for scheduled time off and vacations.
