Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey as a Pharmacy Technician at our state-of-the-art cancer care centre located in Windsor? As a Pharmacy Technician with us, you'll play an significant role in supporting the safe and effective delivery of specialist oncology pharmacy services at our Windsor centre.

Working closely with our Lead Pharmacist and wider clinical team, you'll help ensure patients receive their medicines safely and efficiently, supporting dispensing services, medicines management and stock control, including oral chemotherapy.

Undertake medicines reconciliation and provide appropriate advice to patients and carers on the safe use of prescribed medicines.

Manage medicines stock, including ordering, receiving, storage, stock rotation and expiry date checks.

Contribute to clinical governance activities, including audits and the review of pharmacy policies and procedures.

Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician.

Knowledge of dispensing systems, medicines management and pharmacy stock control.

Strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Basic clinical knowledge and a commitment to maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical care.

Previous experience dispensing medicines and managing medicines within a hospital environment would be advantageous.
