Job Title: General Labour & Production Associate

Shift/Hours: Days, Afternoons & Nights Available

We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking, and motivated General Labour & Production Associates to join our growing candidate network for upcoming opportunities with our clients in Brantford, ON.

We are looking for individuals interested in working in manufacturing, production, packaging, warehousing, and general labour environments. Opportunities may involve operating production equipment, handling materials, preparing products for shipment, or supporting daily warehouse and manufacturing operations.

Day, afternoon, and night shift opportunities may be available, with hourly rates ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 depending on the position and experience required.

Perform a variety of hands-on general labour, manufacturing, and production duties.

Load, unload, lift, move, and organize materials and products throughout the work area.

Assist with operating basic production machinery, packaging equipment, and manufacturing tools.

Package, label, sort, and prepare finished products for storage or shipment.

Support shipping, receiving, inventory organization, and general warehouse operations.

Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet established standards.





Assist production teams, machine operators, and other team members with daily operational requirements.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations throughout the shift.

Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.

Identify and report equipment concerns, damaged materials, or potential workplace hazards.

Perform additional general labour, packaging, and production duties as assigned.

Previous experience in general labour, manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehousing considered an asset.

Ability to safely operate basic tools and production equipment when trained and authorized.

Willingness to complete a criminal record check if required for a specific assignment.

Availability for day, afternoon, or night shifts depending on the opportunity.
