Your role includes supervising caregivers and liaising with health care personnel to ensure optimal care delivery. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and modify personalized care plans
- Supervise PSWs and RPNs for effective teamwork
- Monitor performance and conduct evaluations
- Administer medications and document care efficiently
- Engage meaningfully with residents throughout shifts

Requirements:

- Active Registered Nurse certificate from Ontario
- Basic CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform nursing assessments
