The role requires strong hands-on Canadian compliance experience and knowledge of FINTRAC requirements.Key Tasks: Manage and maintain the Canadian AML/ATF compliance program* Perform transaction monitoring, investigations and escalations* Prepare and submit FINTRAC regulatory reports, including STRs, LCTRs and EFTRs* Manage KYC/CDD, PEP/HIO and sanctions screening and ongoing monitoring* Review and update AML policies, procedures and risk assessments* Maintain required compliance records and documentation* Support FINTRAC examinations, audits and effectiveness reviews* Monitor Canadian regulatory developments and requirementsRequirements:
