We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team, connect with homeowners, and help bring their backyard dreams to life!
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored pool and outdoor living solutions.
- Conduct in office consultations, assess project feasibility, and provide accurate quotes.
- Educate customers on pool surfaces, tiles, interlocking, and other renovation options.
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and trust.
- Handle objections and guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Be able to use software's and CRM.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Represent Canadian PoolScapes at industry events and community engagements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in construction, landscaping, or pool industries).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of pool construction and renovations (training provided).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed to meet with clients.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for site visits.
