Will possess genuine commercial acumen - not just a number-cruncher but a strategic thinker who can add value across various business functions.

Lead the financial operations for the Toronto office, ensuring robust month-end processes and financial reporting.

Oversee procurement, contract management, and operational efficiencies beyond traditional financial roles.

Collaborate closely with the General Manager in the Toronto office to drive strategic initiatives.

Support and guide a team of 8-9 in the Toronto office, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Carrying out analysis of costs and understanding any deviations from budget.

Dealing directly and indirectly with customers and senior company management.

Completing a variety of financial analysis & modelling as required.
