GE HealthCare seeks a Manager of Digital Platforms to drive operational excellence across commercial digital platforms. The role focuses on platform stability, standardized processes, and cross-functional coordination to support customer lifecycle management from design through implementation and ongoing operations.

Manage operational activities and continuous improvement of commercial digital platforms

Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements

Oversee customer lifecycle activities including pre-deal assessments, implementation readiness, and go-live coordination

Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field

Experience in digital platform operations, program management, or operational excellence roles

Proficiency in project and program management practices

Knowledge of AWS, cloud operations, or IT infrastructure governance preferred
