for our customers and our employees. Since our beginning, in 1992, Phantom has excelled, expanded, and stayed laser-focused on our passion: making and installing the highest-quality retractable screens on the market. Now we're the top-selling retractable screen, and our products are international. We're looking for a Cycle Count Inventory Analyst to join our Materials team at Phantom Screens. If you're the type who actually enjoys digging into inventory data, spotting patterns, and figuring out why things don't add up (and then fixing it) — keep reading.
You'll be the go-to person for inventory accuracy, working closely with Materials, Production, and Purchasing to keep things running smoothly and make them better over time.
Run daily counts using ABC analysis to keep inventory accuracy on point.
Digging into the Data
Share what you find with the Materials, Production, and Purchasing teams, along with ideas on how to fix it.
Take the lead on the year-end inventory count — plan it, run it, and report on it.

5+ years of experience in manufacturing, purchasing,

or warehouse work (or a mix of education and experience that gets you there).

- Solid Excel skills — intermediate to advanced. Comfortable talking to people at every level, from the warehouse floor to leadership.
- You'll be a key player on the Materials team, with real influence over how we manage inventory accuracy company-wide. Send us your resume and let's chat about how you can help us keep things accurate, productive, and running smoothly.

Phantom Screens — making screens disappear since day one, and we'd like our inventory discrepancies to do the same.
We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status. We're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team, and we evaluate every application based on merit, qualifications, and business needs.
