Responsibilities
- Provide safety, security and excellent customer service to all residents, visitors and contractors at job sites
- Be main point of contact for any emergency or site safety and/or security event
- Monitor and control all non-resident vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering and exiting site property
- Provide access control and registration to all visitors and contractors
- Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and electronic gates
- Conduct community vehicle patrols
