About the Role

We are looking for a Labourer who is eager to learn the concrete cutting trade. You will work alongside experienced operators, assisting with equipment setup, site preparation, and clean-up. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the desire to gain skills in a specialized trade.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely mobilize equipment to and from job sites
- Assist with setting up cutting equipment and work areas
- Work closely with the operator to complete concrete cutting projects
- Operate vacuum to collect slurry and maintain clean work areas
- Clean, maintain, and store tools and equipment after each job
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Assist in loading/unloading materials and tools from company vehicles




- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors

Qualifications

- No prior concrete cutting experience required – we provide training
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Valid Class 5 BC driver’s licence with clean driving record.
- Previous construction or labour experience an asset but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours when needed
- Safety-focused mindset and willingness to learn

Work Environment This is a physically active role that takes place both indoors and outdoors, in a variety of weather conditions. Job sites may include residential properties, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
