A family-run business servicing Toronto and surrounding areas since 1951 in road construction, aggregate material, and maintenance industries is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team!

Location: Toronto & GTA (Travel to various job sites required)

Reporting to: Estimating Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management: Oversee awarded/assigned contracts, attend site meetings, schedule projects, manage change orders, and resolve contract disputes.
- Financial & Budgeting: Prepare detailed project budgets, track backlog vs. targets (volume, price, gross profit), and oversee invoicing, accruals, and collections.
- Customer & Industry Relations:



Build strong relationships with key customers, represent the company in industry associations, and deliver solutions that differentiate us as a supplier of choice.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Estimating, Construction, Logistics, and Credit departments to maximize production and establish best practices.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in road construction / civil infrastructure.
- Solid interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for site travel in Toronto & GTA.
- PMP certification is an asset.
