We are seeking an experienced, on-site Project Manager for the Pineview renovation project, covering 12 occupied townhouse units across three buildings.
The work includes building envelope, roofing, windows and doors, mechanical and electrical upgrades, hazardous-material abatement, and site improvements.
Responsibilities include coordinating trades and materials, managing schedules and costs, reviewing drawings, tracking changes, overseeing quality and safety, coordinating tenant access, and providing daily progress reports.
Applicants should have construction management experience, robust organizational skills, and experience coordinating multiple trades. Building envelope and occupied residential renovation experience is preferred.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
