Construction Sales Coordinator / Customer Service Administrator

Avenue Road Roofing has served homeowners throughout the GTA for over 50 years. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional to support our sales and project coordination team.

Critical Requirements

- Fluent spoken and written English
- Accurate data entry and documentation skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with homeowners, suppliers, and staff

What You'll Do
- Coordinate sold roofing and exterior renovaton projects
- Enter customer, contract, and job information into company software
- Manage customer files and project documentation
- Handle customer calls and emails
- Support the sales team with reports and administration
- Maintain accurate records and schedules

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative, customer service, or sales support experience
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Criminal background check required





Strong Assets
- Construction industry experience
- Roofing experience
- Renovation or home-improvement experience
- Trades or project administration experience
- CRM or job-management software experience

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Toronto (Dufferin & Lawrence)
- No weekends

Compensation
- $23-$25 per hour to start
