checklists, flowcharts, precedents and other practice-related materials Ensure currency and relevancy of all materials included in the product Monitor trends and legal developments in this practice area Monitor competitiveness of the product offering Recruit and manage relationships with legal practitioners and firms across Canada Make recommendations concerning overall content strategy and direction Work within a cross-functional team to execute on content and product development strategies and deliver high-quality content within timelines 3+ years of practice experience in Corporate and Private M&A; ~ Deep knowledge of Corporate and Private M&A; law and workflow ~ Strong professional network of Corporate and Private M&A; lawyers ~ Robust, practical writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely ~ Experience drafting or editing client materials, law journals, CLE presentations or other legal content ~ Proficient with MS Office products ~ Fluent in French is an asset With numerous wellbeing initiatives, shared parental leave, study assistance and sabbaticals, we will help you meet your immediate responsibilities and your long-term goals. Primary Location Base Pay Range: Canada - Toronto (Sheppard Ave) $96,100 - $146,100 (CAD).

Base Pay Range in Ontario: $86,400 - $144,000 (CAD). This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
