FounderCreated builds founder brands - fully done-for-you, for founders and CEOs doing $2M+ in revenue. Founders give us one shoot day a month; we handle everything after: strategy, scripting, editing, and posting.

We're looking for a Content Writer to learn this from the inside, working directly alongside our co-founders:

- Chris has personally coached 750+ founders, entrepreneurs, creators one-on-one, including through teaching at a leading content creator academy.
- Wilson has built and sold multiple companies using content as the growth engine, including growing his own personal account from scratch using the exact system you'd be working inside.

This isn't a course. It's a working seat next to the people who do this for real, on real client accounts, from day one.

What you'll actually do

- Write short-form video scripts (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) with solid hooks, clear structure and a payoff that lands
- Write captions that extend each video and drive comments, saves and follows
- Write LinkedIn posts in each founder's voice, from quick takes to long-form stories
- Write blog posts and long-form articles that build search visibility and authority
- Pull stories out of founder interviews, call transcripts and shoot-day footage, then shape them into narratives people remember
- Adapt one idea across formats: a single interview becomes a script, a caption, a LinkedIn post and a blog




- Work with our strategists and editors so every script is shootable and every edit matches the words
- Take feedback fast, revise cleanly and keep each founder's voice consistent over months

Full time role is available for the right candidate.

What we're looking for

- Based in Vancouver — this one's not flexible. Shoot days and team coordination happen in person.
- Hands-on content creation experience — you've actually made content, for yourself or someone else. We need to see you've done the work, not just that you're interested in it.
- A real interest in personal branding and content - you don't need years of experience, but you need to actually care about this space, not just need a gig.
- Organized and reliable. You'll be the person founders count on to keep things moving.
- Comfortable talking to founders directly - this is client-facing from early on, not a back-office role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to execute on instructions.
- a PASSION for building personal brands and a genuine interest in learning this skill.

What you bring

- Proven experience writing scripts for short-form video, with examples that performed
- Proven experience writing captions for Instagram, TikTok or similar platforms
- Strong storytelling:



you can find the story inside a messy conversation and make it land in 60 seconds or 1,500 words
- Published blog or long-form writing
- Published LinkedIn posts, ideally ghostwritten for founders or executives
- The ability to write in someone else's voice so well they'd swear they wrote it
- Clean, sharp English with no filler
- A portfolio covering all five formats above
- Comfortable working hybrid, with regular in-office days in Vancouver

Bonus points

- Ghostwriting experience for founders, CEOs or creators
- Background in personal branding, content strategy or a creator-led business
- An understanding of hooks, retention and what makes short-form content perform
- You've built your own audience, even a small one
