THESE ROLES ARE OPEN IN MONTREAL, TORONTO, AND HALIFAX Must-Haves ~1–2+ years payroll processing experience ~ Client service experience and comfortable handling client inquiries by phone ~ Strong time management, organization & prioritization ~ Robust communication, analytical & problem-solving skills ~ MS Office, including Word/Excel Nice to Have ~ PCP/NPI certification or working toward it Responsibilities Own and process payroll for multiple client accounts Schedule, run, audit and balance payrolls Handle year-end balancing, filing, reporting and remittances Answer client questions around payroll, tax filing and processes Troubleshoot payroll issues with internal support teams Provide clients with payroll best practices and solutions Maintain payroll knowledge/certification and complete ongoing training Pay: $50,000 - $60,000/year Contract Duration: Permanent Full-Time Work Arrangement: Hybrid Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist in screening and assessing applicants for this position.
