Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the Cook prepares a variety of dishes from the menus of the hotel’s food outlets for consumption. Perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Cook, grill, fry, steam, and use other cooking techniques to prepare dishes. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, including proper food storage, correct handling of equipment, and regular cleaning of work areas. Ensure dishes are prepared on time and maintain effective coordination with other kitchen team members.

Monitor the quality of food products and report any issues or abnormalities to the Executive or Head Chef. Maintain a clean and organized work setting, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and food safety standards.





Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
