Junior Project Coordinator — WDK Management Inc.

Location: GTA & surrounding areas | Type: Full-time, Permanent | Work Location: Office and Field WDK Management Inc. is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team supporting residential apartment turnover renovations across the GTA and surrounding regions. This is an entry-level role built for a self-starter — someone who takes ownership, shows up prepared, and doesn't need to be micromanaged to get the job done right. You'll be our eyes and ears on the ground: inspecting completed renovation work, scoping vacant units before work begins, documenting conditions clearly, and helping make sure every project is completed properly and consistently to WDK's standards.

We're a growing company, and this position has strong potential to move into more senior roles for the right person. Visit residential units before, during, and after renovation work Take clear photos, videos, and notes documenting unit conditions Inspect completed work for quality, completeness,



and deficiencies Report issues clearly to management Help track project progress and outstanding items Communicate professionally with building staff, trades, and management A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without needing constant direction Comfortable taking photos, videos, and writing clear, organized notes Valid driver's license and access to a car — this is a traveling role in the GTA and surrounding areas Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule on the road Basic phone/computer skills Experience in renovations, construction, maintenance, property management, or inspections Knowledge of rental housing or multi-unit residential buildings This is a full time, salaried position with pay based on experience.
