The Human Resources

Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the Human Resources department. The incumbent provides efficient support to employees and managers, ensures the consistent application of HR processes, maintains accurate employee records and data, and contributes to a positive and productive workplace while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Maintain and update employee records and HR data within HR systems.

Provide administrative support to managers and employees regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures. Process and follow up on payroll-related changes, employee status updates, personnel movements, and employee benefits administration. Ensure employee files remain accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and company requirements.

Coordinate training activities, maintain training records, and support compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Prepare, update,



and distribute various HR documents, reports, communications, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. ~1 to 2 years of experience in a similar Human Resources role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. ~ Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ~ Intermediate level of English comprehension, as operations and communications are conducted across Canada and the United States. ~ Knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and HRIS systems is considered an asset. ~ Ability to adapt to various projects and responsibilities. ~ Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
