We are seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Commercial Associate to join our growing business law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys advising businesses and individuals on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and transactional matters and who is looking to develop their practice in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Manage a broad range of corporate commercial matters with increasing autonomy

- Conduct legal research and provide practical legal advice
- Draft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements
- Assist with corporate reorganizations, transactions and related matters
- Manage delegated files from senior lawyers
- Work collaboratively with lawyers and legal support staff across Vancouver, Langley and West Vancouver locations
- Maintain appropriate file management,



billing and time-entry practices
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm’s corporate commercial practice. In addition to working on files directly with Partners who take an active role in mentoring and training lawyers, the Associate will be provided the opportunity to manage their own files and will be provided with the resources to develop their own practice. 3+ years of corporate commercial experience
